Team Bios

Michael & Kailee Stephens

Michael Stephens was born and raised in South Texas. He then moved to Arkansas where he attended the University planning to study photography. While in college, Michael worked as a Youth Ministry Intern and Prayer & Worship Leader. He released his first worship album in 2004. The Lord prompted him to leave the University and pursue the desire to be in full time ministry. He moved to Kansas City and graduated from IHOP University with a 4-Yr Diploma of Theological Studies with a focus in Apostolic Preaching and Biblical Foundations. He is a gifted teacher and speaker; his skilled communication allowing his ministry to span from high school summer camps to international groups of businessmen.

Kailee graduated New Life School of Worship in 2003 with a diploma in Worship Ministry Leadership and IHOP University in 2008 with a diploma from the 2Yr Theological Studies Program with an Emphasis in Biblical Foundations. Kailee has served the church and local house of prayer, worship team leading for 8yrs. Her heart in ministry is to see the body of Christ come into their rightful place as heirs of the Kingdom through intimacy with Jesus and the worship experience. She serves as administrator for the team. Their desire in ministry is to see people fall in love with Jesus on a continual basis; knowing how He feels about them and encountering Him in every sphere of life. They are passionate about seeing reformation in high schools, college campuses, and cities, and seeing the economy reformed by people living out their lives as passionate lovers of Jesus. Michael & Kailee have been married for almost 4 yrs and they have 2 daughters Emerson & Finley.

Amber Fairclough

Amber is a graduate of IHOP University where she graduated top of her class with a 4-yr Diploma of Theological Studies with a focus in Apostolic Preaching and Biblical Foundations. She is a gifted preacher, ministering to groups of junior highschool students to entire church congregations. She has spoken and preached to all different ages and genders, churches and conferences. Amber’s heart is to see the church grow in knowing Christ as who he is. She has a passion to call all generations to union with Christ as the bride worthy of him, ready and awaiting for his return. Amber’s desire is to see the church of Christ fully understand and walk in the desire of the Lord for them as described by Paul- their glorification in Him.

Marah Fairclough

Marah graduated IHOP University with a 1-yr Diploma in Theological Studies. Her heart in ministry is to see an entire generation of young adults lit with the true fire of God. She desires to see young men and women released into the world as “salt and light”. Marah’s heart bears witness with many revivalists of old, who believe the lost will only be reached by signs and wonders, not by religiosity and hype. Marah is also a prophetic singer. Her creative edge spans from music, fashion, and photography to authoring over 150 poems, in which there is found a deep intimacy and strength of zeal.

Tina Fairclough

Tina Fairclough has been both a widow and an orphan for over fifteen years. She speaks out of both her struggles and victories with a true desire to see men and women become free from the statistics of man. Tina has insight on the battle of generational curses, leading one into deliverance and into the freedom of generational blessings. Tina has much insight into the woman’s heart and spirit at every stage of life, having raised four daughters alone to adulthood and also as a grandmother of 2 granddaughters.

Summer Fairclough

Summer is a gifted prophetic singer who has traveled on many occasions co-worship leading, ministering at churches and young adult events.  She is experienced building worship teams in the local house of prayer for a year, with an emphasis on youth ministry in worship and intercession. She has served in many leadership roles and capacities proving her indispensable to the team.  Her creativity is seen in her songs, photography and choreographed prophetic dramas.  One of Summer’s passions in life is her desire to see orphans of the world ministered to through the message of the Heavenly Father’s heart of Love.  She has a heart to travel doing numerous short-term mission trips, working with several different Christian orphanages in Africa and Asia. Her interests include fashion, travel & missions, cooking, photographic art, and singing.
